We Customize Production Processes
Each Product is a Work of Art Worthy of Respect
Sample Making
1.A sample garment is produced using the approved fabric and patterns. This sample is used to check the fit, design, and overall quality.
2.Client Approval**: The sample is sent to the client for review. Any necessary adjustments (e.g., fit, design, fabric) are made based on client feedback. Once the sample is approved, bulk production begins.
Bulk Production for Women's Wear
1.Fabric Inspection:
Before cutting, the fabric is inspected for defects such as holes, stains, or color inconsistencies.
2.Cutting:
The approved fabric is cut according to the patterns. This can be done manually or using automated cutting machines.
3.Sewing:
The cut pieces are sewn together to create the garment. This stage involves multiple steps, including stitching seams, attaching trims, and adding details like pockets or buttons.
4.Quality Control:
During sewing, quality control checks are conducted to ensure the garment meets the required standards.
5.Finishing:
After sewing, the garments are pressed, trimmed, and inspected for final quality assurance.
6.Packaging:
The finished garments are folded, tagged, and packed according to client specifications.
Knitwear Production Process
1.Yarn Selection:
High-quality yarn is selected based on the design requirements.
2.Knitting:
The yarn is knitted into fabric using knitting machines. This process can produce various textures and patterns, such as jerseys, ribs, or cables.
3.Dyeing:
The knitted fabric is dyed to the desired color. This can be done before or after knitting, depending on the design.
4.Cutting & Sewing:
Similar to woven garments, the knitted fabric is cut and sewn into the final product.
5.Finishing:
Knitwear often undergoes additional finishing processes, such as steaming or softening, to enhance its texture and appearance.
Denim Production Process
1.Fabric Weaving:
Denim fabric is woven using cotton yarn. The warp yarn is typically dyed with indigo, while the weft yarn remains white.
2.Cutting:
The denim fabric is cut according to the patterns.
3.Sewing:
The cut pieces are sewn together to create the denim garment (e.g., jeans, jackets).
4.Washing Process:
Denim garments undergo a washing process to achieve the desired look and feel. This includes:
#1 (Desizing)Removing the starch applied during weaving.
#2(Stone Washing)Using pumice stones to create a worn-out effect.
#3(Bleaching) Lightening the fabric to achieve a faded look.
#4(Enzyme Washing) Using enzymes to soften the fabric and create a vintage appearance.
#5(Rinsing & Drying) The garments are rinsed to remove chemicals and then dried.
4.Finishing:
After washing, the garments are pressed, inspected, and packed.
Final Inspection & Shipment
1.Quality Check:
All garments, including knitwear and denim, undergo a final inspection to ensure they meet quality standards.
2.Packaging:
The garments are packed according to client requirements, often including labels, tags, and barcodes.
3.Shipment:
The finished products are shipped to the client or distribution centers.
